For the benefit of our patients, Mercer Island Pediatric Dentistry is a preferred provider with most insurance plans and accepts Medicaid. As a courtesy to you, we will file insurance claims on your behalf and will collect payment for any portion of the service that is not covered by insurance at the time of service.

We strive to schedule an appropriate amount of time for each patient that visits Mercer Island Pediatric Dentistry, based on the individual needs of each child. While we understand that emergencies happen and it's difficult to plan for the unexpected, it is important that we respect every patient who has scheduled an appointment. Should you need to cancel your appointment, please notify our office 48 hours in advance so as not to incur a charge.For emergency appointments, we do not allow cancellations without a fee, so please keep this in mind when scheduling.
